My first ever RMA : Success!

Hi guys.

A month ago, I sent back my Eagle Arion speakers (see specs for model) because they failed after 7 months. I made my first RMA on Eagle Tech's website then proceed to ship the 15lb box. It costed me 37$ to send to the US (yes, they don't pay shipping when you have to send them your product). It was the slowest shipping (11 days min.) So today, after one month worth of waiting, I got a new pair of speakers. Sounds so good compared to the other pair of speakers!

Sounds good (pun intended). Well done. Are your new ones the same model number?

Installation & Setup
Success!....but 32, not 64
I followed suggestions and ended up with a 45 minute install of 7. A breeze. HOWEVER, I could only get 32 to install. Many attempts to get 64 to install failed, regardless of what method used, i.e. boot with disk in, out and use setup, etc. Always said wrong disk, and 3 times BSOD'd, so stuck...
