suggestions for an old eeepc
I bought the eeepc 701 (4G) when it first came out, and now its been used and abused, had a load of different OSes on it, and I feel like its gathering dust at the moment.
It's still working fine, the screen is ok, wireless is fine, the ssd is still performing, I just wonder if it could be put to better use than a bookend or doorstop
I had a look at some projects for turning it into a digital photo frame, but the whole casemod thing was a little daunting, and I don't trust my fingers lol. Can anyone suggest anything??
I'll be willing to try anything short of ripping it open and playing with the insides...obviously I will report back any successes/epic failures for copycats/general amusement
