Best wishes for a good outcome.
Grand kids are great, you can hand them back to their parents if you want to.

Son got off the phone with his mum a little while ago. All is much better than when i started this thread.
Don't have too many details, but my son, (being bias??) said he was beautiful.

His wife is being sorted in surgery, grandson was taken away for a clean up, etc.
Claims the baby is as strong as an ox. (recalling Joan's comment):)

As yet don't know anything else till our son comes home.
Need to know weight, length, any hair, any photo's?

Thanks again guys & girls, for all your best wishes, thoughts, and prayers. They are a powerful thing.

Here's wishing your family all the best, giving birth is stressful enough without having problems so lets hope everything continues to go according to plan, they're tough little b*****s babies you know.:)
Thanks for the kind wishes Joan. Had a phone call a short while ago from our son.
Decision was made by the doctor to go with a C-section. Initially they did not want Scott to be with his wife at this time, however since it was going to be a spinal block, his determanation came through and he is presently with his wife and child in the operating room.

I would think our grandson is either in his mother's or father's arms right now (thinking positive) as Kelly, daughter in law, went in a bit over an hour ago. :)

If he is like his father and grandfather, any tougher, he'd rust.
    C-sections worked for me
