    picture for ebay?

hi guys alot of people helped me out so much last time i asked for help, so was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this for me?

the other day i noticed someone who was selling something on ebay had a picture at the bottom of her description page and it had a flashing border the the picture was fading in and out and looked really affective, the person was just a private seller
i have sesrched everywhere to do this affect on one of my photo's but cant find anything, does anyone know where i can go to do it?
thanks all for taking your time to read my post, hope you all have had a great weekend

You could try creating an animating GIF. That is really oldschool though, I'm sure there is a better option these days.

When you are putting an item up for bid, there are several different things you can do to make users notice your item. It costs for these little features. That is one of them.

    @ Big

I don't think that's what he saw. He said "at the bottom of the description page". The only listing changes that I have seen involve how they show up in the listing page, not the auction description itself.

    @ OP

He was probably using HTML, just go look up how to make an animating GIF it is really easy and you can host the .GIF on photobucket.com or similar and use HTML to put it in your listings.

If you'd like, link me to what pictures you want to fade in and out and I can make some .gifs for you
