TBH I'd give up at the music business, you guys are obviously no good at it. Maybe you could try something like scrabble?

This isn't the best place to put this feature request....anyway...I'm on a lot of forums around the traps and none of them have this feature that I think would be great....it's a section at the bottom of the forum that lists your last 10 posts...so you can glance at the list and go straight to your recent posts.
I often come back to a forum and I know I posted something somewhere...but can't always remember what it was or where.
Sure, you can go into your user cp or something or search for your last 50 posts...but anyway...I think that feature - a little list of your recent posts, would be more than helpful.
Probably slow the forum down though...I dunno
Too much overhead on the forum, if you need to find your posts then there are several options to do that in the quick links menu.
TBH, that was our first show.. ever.. we were all over the place, hadn't practiced in over 2 weeks prior to the show, then had a massive argument before the show.
Yeah, we totally blew that show. It sucked, horribly.
But would I give up? Heck no. I love it, even if we really do suck.
Personally, if you don't like it, the who gives a crap? We do it for fun, because we want to, and because the places we play at and the teens we play for actually like us; it appeals to them. If we suck, we suck. Doesn't really matter. The chances of going big are astronomically stacked against any band as is... we're not worried about making it big, yeah it would be cool but we also understand the odds of that aren't too pretty. Moreover, we're not doing it for ourselves. (we're non-profit at this point) We do it to convey a positive message to a lot of teens who are generally addicted to drugs, alcohol, cutting, etc. with the hope that it might give them some sort of encouragement to live better lives.
Our first drummer had his own set (he was also one heck of a freaking talented drummer) but he never showed up to practices so we kicked him out.. After that, our vocalist picked up a set because at the time he was the only one with money, and so we've used that ever since. Our new drummer used to have a set, but had to sell it to pay rent because he lost his job at one point. So we gotta make do with what we've got. If we get rid of our singer, there goes our set. Besides, being a Christian band, it's not really easy to find a legitimately good Christan singer who's more dedicated to God than the music (for us that's a big deal) In fact, singers are nearly impossible to find around my area as is...
Whats exactly the purpose of this thread?
The purpose of this thread is the same is the purpose of life.
And, if I quote Mr. Smith correctly, "The purpose of all life is to end."
