Had to share my lucky story...
Last week, I found an Intel DG41TY motherboard open for bidding on Overstock.com auctions. I came out with the winning bid, $35.55.
Today I get the package and took a look at the contents. Just a motherboard. I thought, "Where's the I/O shield?" I went to Dealtree.com to begin what I thought was going to be a complaint about missing items. But, I thought, I need to go back to the auction listing first to find out what was supposed to be included or not. I found that the I/O shield was not going to be included. Oh well, no big loss I guess.
I took a look back inside the box to look at the motherboard again. Sitting in the socket is a Pentium dual-core E5300. The processor was not supposed to be part of the package!
Somebody's oversight is my gain!
