Thanks, guys. I think I'll buy the first season :)
I thought it was a pretty good show. Peter Graves would have the same three or four assistants each week and one "specialist" depending on what the mission was.

Post back to this thread and let us know what you think of the show. == I have a question. Is your name pronounced "Liguid Snake" or "Liquid Snack"?

Either way :P It started out as a basterdization of Liquid Snake (MGS), but eventually the Snack pronunciation stuck :)

I recall it well. It ran from when I was 12 through 'til 19. It had the tape thing and they wore a lot of fantastic rubber masks. I think these were an early special effect.
The stories were good. Looking back it was corny but I think the recent remake was pretty corny as well. I like corny:).
I bet you can get it on a digital channel or streaming service

It was a great show...back then. I'm sure you will still like it, but it will be quite dated if you compare it to the movie. It was more about people then gadgets and derring-do. But they pulled off some interesting jobs, and did do some (for then) neat technological things. What's the saying, you can't go back...

If at all possible, you might want to find out if you can find an episode somewhere before you buy. It was a good show but if you're thinking along the lines of the recent movies, it's quite different. It was a popular show in its day, but is dated in as much as today's younger audience (such as yourself) might find it a bit lackluster.

I'm dated for my age, lol. If you would compare the show to other shows of similar time period, I love TV shows like M*A*S*H, the A-Team, Matlock, Perry Mason, etc.

Aside from M*A*S*H, which was a show ahead of its time, if you like the others you mention then you will probably like M:I. Please let us know what you think (and Thank You for reminding me how old I am), lol just kidding.
