I have a suggestion. On the User CP page, I suggest stacking the Quick Links, New Posts, User CP, etc., line atr the top (forumtop.png) with the line at the bottom (forumbottom.png--Windows 8 Forums, FAQ, Contact Us, etc.), and placing both lines at the top and at the bottom. Even though there's a "Top" button at the bottom, I, for one, would find navigation easier this way.
