I have a website project that hasn't been progressing for well over a year, and I'm looking to have a detailed logo made, amongst other elements. Freelance websites don't seem like a solid way to know what you're getting, where do sites normally find their artists?

    Contact....
    PooManUK with a pm.

He's the one you want to contact as he is an excellent graphic artist and would be able to provide you other contacts if needed.

Its not a method of finding a graphics artist, but here's a link to a site you might find good: -
Jack Bingham | Web & Interface Designer

Just look at his portfolio, and what he does.
