Tripe and onions in a milk sauce,bloody good tucker unless the tripe has been bleached.

Thank you for the info, BrightBlessing but I think I'll pass on that one...I'd rather eat some Mett (= raw ground pork with onions, salt and pepper on a crunchy roll)
