Windows 7: Editing Software

I've kind of stopped editing for about 2yrs or so now, but I still dabble occaisionally... I used to use CS2, but I've seen my Dad on CS3 and it looks pretty nice, heaps of new features, layouts etc... I agree that Photoshop takes a lot of getting used to, but it's worth it once you figure it out

mashable.com list a heap of sites with video tutorials and some of the seem quite good...

In terms of video, check out Sony Vegas 8. It's very powerful and you can download a free trial here
