    I have seen this before, but nobody has enlarged the hand big enough to really see the object in the hand.

    Excellent stuff. Good find jfar and everlong:).
    If it is some kind of ear trumpet then who is she talking to? The guy in front of her is away and wouldn't be able to hear her talking.
    Unless it's a combined ear trumpet and megaphone and that seems unlikely.
    Also, you would have to be pretty close to the person talking for it to pick up their voice.
