At home I relax barefoot in an undershirt and a sarong
. Very light, very comfortable here in the tropical heat. Undies optional
I tell ya, it doesn't get much better than this. I tried walking around starkers in the house once, but between that vague disquieting feeling of "if a guest shows up I'm screwed" and bugs/mosquitoes able to get at the most uncomfortable places, being clothed is decidedly better.
If I need to step out of the house I put on a pair of slacks and throw on a shirt (plain pastel colour, unlined - I don't like patterns). Simple black bata shoes, nondescript, gets the job done. Me, fashion? Nah. Just your average blend-into-the-crowd joe. Sure, I got a couple of "showy" clothes, but those are for the occasional unavoidable social obligation.
