How to report Internet abuse/crimes?

Hello!
First of all i have to say this is not my personal problem, i still never face this kind of matter. I just ask for get some idea.

Are there any international institute or organization for report internet based crimes and abuses?
For example if some person hack my Facebook account and publish it personal photos in there blog or any other web site are there any way to stop that process or; complain against that person?

In our country now that kind of institute established but it's not active in internationally. I don't know that kind of institute available in international. In our country one person get custody doing this kind of criminal, he published one girls personal photos in his web site.
And also one person (teenager ) create a fake Facebook account naming it his ex-girlfriend, and published if some one wants sex with her, with money (like prostitute ) he post that ex girl friend contact phone number. Now that teenager and his mother get custody.

So are there any institute or organization for this?

Not really....You would have to report it to your country's agency/institute, then they would get in touch with the agency in the country where crime took place.....

Speaking of internet crimes, I heard on the news today that a man looked in his wife's email and she found out. Evidently they are on the "outs", because she reported him to the authorities and if convicted, he is looking at five years in prison. It did not say what he was looking for, but I bet it was pretty "cheesey".
