Windows 7: Mobile phone suggestion please.

Hi people,

I want to purchase a new phone exclusively to play Facebook game that utilizes Javascript heavily and some Flash.

Here are the specs I want:



Must support the latest version of Android (that means no iPhone or Blackberry)
Price range is around US$ 600-700
Touchscreen-capable
Wi-fi capable
No Nokia brand please.

I know this isn't the site to ask about mobile phone, but I've been receiving kind and wonderful advices from this place and so I'd like to (shamelessly) ask for more advices here.
