How do I post a picture on a thread..

Hey everyone!
I know this is a noob question but, I'm still going to ask!
How do I post a picture when I reply to someones post or to my thread?
Do you get me?

Use snipping tool to create the pciture, then use the paperclip icon to upload it - it will then be displayed once you post your message.
