Windows 7: Help with identifying a song.

Hello all, it's rare for me to ask for help, usually I'm able to fnd what I need.

Not this time, there is a name of a song that I don't remember but I can remember parts of the music video that came along with it.

It was something like this; a kid is in a subway station, punk style I believe, wearing headphones and has hair that is braided I think. He's listening to music and it looks like he's somehow able to move time forward or backwards by a few seconds.

I'm pretty sure someone will recognize this, there is a +rep to one who is able to identify this music piece. Thank you in advance.
