What program is this?

I saw this image on Neowin from their CES coverage. Does anyone know what this program is? It looks like a metro interface with weather, news, date, etc. I would greatly appreciate any leads! Thanks.

Do you think Microsoft would have a rainmeter skin on one of their PC's at CES?

The person that took that picture said he'll check it out at CES today, so I'll report back with the findings if anyones interested

Could be Windows 8.

Nah... seriously does look like Rainmeter though. And you never know... Microsoft might like RM.

Looks like it should be ready soon for download :)
