My thoughts go out to all that are affected. I know he doesn't come here anymore but wasn't Norm Cameron that way, I got an online Christmas card from him and Zena but I can't remember now his exact location.

Thanks for asking after me, Pebbly.:)

Doc and Jim are correct, as per usual. Actually just logging in for the first time, after flying in late today.
My work location is (fortunately) well away from the floods in Queensland, even though we have been getting our fair share of seasonal rain. It was touch and go, whether we would be able to fly out at all, as the airstrip is gravel and is weather dependent.
Our home location is Perth, on the West Coast, which is on the opposite site of our continent, hence we are not affected by the floods.

The situation in Queensland is devastating. I have family in Brisbane, but believe them to be ok, as it hasn't been mentioned in the news and judging by the name, Mt Gravatt, it is a higher location.
It is very sad to hear about the death's, which happens when disasters strike.

Our hearts go out to all those affected.

Same here Jon glad to hear you're OK and hope your family are as well. We're getting non stop rain at present as well so things are soggy here as the ground can't take anymore so it's got no where to go

Last night, I sent an email to a (distant) relative of mine who lives in Bundaberg.
The email was returned as a 'failed delivery'.

I sincerely hope that she has changed her email, and not unavailable through other reasons...
