    Big Case Small Desk

So I bought a new case in September and was able to finally finish updating my build yesterday. It still needs to be organized and perfected but it works. The case is a Mid-Tower (Corsair 600T Graphite) but its too large to fit on my desk. The CPU fan intakes air from the rear so its needs some space. My last build I had off to the left side of the desk on a little shoe rack I took apart and rebuild. I think I might need to do that again since it will not fit on the desk.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

How about a small stand to the right of the desk?

Why not on the other side of the desk?

+1 the other side of the desk on a file cabinet or even just on a raised computer stand with wheels.

That table is nothing but fine and the price is right also. It looks just like a PC.

If the door opens enough to go in and out of the room, you can put a doorstopper on the floor to keep it from hitting the PC. There are also stoppers that you mount on the door hinges.

    bigmck,
Your new case and rig are sweet, that Corsair is a fantastic mid tower so use it on the stand and then wrap the monitor cables in something like this to clean up the look and your done. Great job on the build !
    Wire Loom and Convoluted Tubing
Of course there are also other more elegant wire solutions available for more money.

Here is the other side, that is where it originally was till I bought the tv unit.

Yeah that is true but I need the door to close all the way.

    Thanks linnemeyerhere,
I was going to make another thread for everyone that has helped me through the process but i wanted to get it set-up first. I have those plastic sticky strips on the desk but a lot of the cords are too short to run through them then to the comp since its not on the desk.

I originally had the computer parallel against the wall on the left side, now the tv unit is there, not sure how to accommodate it with less space. If I stick it out then it blocks the draws.
