Clean up sevenforums folders

Hi all

How do i go about cleaning out my "Threads i posted in" and "My active threads" folders under quick links or do they just add up forever. The reason im asking is when i post in a thread its not always showing up in "Threads i posted in" and then becomes hard to find again.

Thankyou
