    Can you identify the media player in this video?

    I'm not really sure what's going on in the video, not in English, but I think the little dancing penguin with headphones is pretty neat. Does anybody happen to know what it is/where I may find it?

Windows Media Player 12 Video Lag

While watching an avi movie if I minimize it, leave it minimized for a second or or two, then re-open the video lags or slows down for a few seconds then returns playing normal. This also happens if I maximize a window over media player, then close it, the video also lags.
I've reinstalled Win7 to resolve some little issues I had. Now, WMP just won't play ANY MP3 files (including ones it ripped!) or AVI files. Real Player plays them all OK. Any ideas? Worked fine on previous installation. (SB Audigy, BTW)
When trying to play videos recorded from my digital camera, all I get is sound. No video shows. I had no problems on my previous operating system. Can anyone provide me with some insight?
