I have 18 shortcuts in quicklaunch, I hate pinning.

Quick Launch user here, too. Hate pinning, I want to have enough space for open applications and clearly see what I have open, so Taskbar is on the left, small icons, never combine.

Everytime I switch on my PC, IE appears on my taskbar. I have never requested to pin it on the taskbar. When I remove it, it appears again when I restart my computer - this does not happen to any other programs.

Every few days or so, out of nowhere, Windows Explorer pins itself to my taskbar. If I click it, it opens up Libraries. Why does this happen and how can I stop it?
