I think you will find they are simply leaving the door open for when that next version comes along rather then being more specific naming the present versions seen. The best place to start with however is never at a vendor but a look at the manufacturer's listed requirements. Vendors tend to be off on details at times.

I'm surprized that didn't include any SP since they already included the next version. I could see the updated listing of the specifications going... "system requirements: Windows 7 SP2 or higher"

Failed install windows7 home to windows7 enterprise
I have an HP Compaq dx2000mt desktop that has windows7 32bit enterprise installed on it. I tried to install windows7 home 32bit to replace the enterprise OS. As I was installing it stated the old OS would be marked, XXX.old and it went forward, then came to a point where there were booting errors....

cpu fan rpm slowly gets higher and higher
