Windows 7: Sort of Movie Trivia

I cannot remember the name of a particular flick so I thought to enlist some memories here.
It was a war movie kind of like 3-Kings but I think it was based in Bosnia. It starts out with a local guy bringing a child to an Army Medic tent. The guy wants to repay the medic somehow but the medic says something like the care is a courtesy of the US Army. The guy then proceeds to tell the Medic about money (Marks) hidden in a cave or tunnel that was ment to pay the other side. So the Medic gets another guy or two to help try to recover the cash. They wind up in this tunnel or cave with a group of civilians - locals that the other side seems bent on killing to get to their money.
I can remember all that but not the name of this movie - alchohol was probably involved. Anyone know this flick?
