It's new kernel?
@Captain
You're developer?
It's just an easy way for anyone to make custom ROMs themselves.
I moved to Oxygen 2.3 ROM. Amethyst was great, better in fact in terms of performance, but there was some bugs that just weren't getting fixed (echo in calls), and the dev had gone AWOL. I tried going to a Desire HD ROM, but I could never get them to boot no matter what I did. Tried various kernels etc, wiped phone multiple times. Even changed to Amon-RA and wiped with that and still nothing.
I don't think Sense is bloated really. I do miss quite a lot of things Sense and will most likely go back to it when a decent Sense + Android 2.3 ROM appear. Sense does run a lot better if you just slap a custom Sense kernel on it though.
I'm using Xperia X8. HTC Kitchen can help me,or I need to use another tool?

Just my 2 cents here, I have been an Apple Fanboy and iPhone OS fanboy for ever. I bought my first iPod Touch running iPhone OS 1.0. I loved that thing till I sold it to get a 3G Touch to run iOS 4. I just bought an LG Optimus running Android 2.2.1. I am VERY impressed. Compared to the iPhone is it doesn't idk look childish I guess? Like big icons are for those who don't know how to use it? I'm very impressed and happy with my phone and my iPod hasn't been used since I bought this phone because guess what Apple? My top fav apps are all on Android too! I love the fact I can listen to Pandora everywhere now. Sorry for the rant guys.
Oh does anyone know if I can upgrade it to 2.3?
There seems to be some custom 2.3 ROMs available for the Optimus.

Though you should have a thorough read about rooting your phone etc (like jailbreaking an iPhone) to be able to install custom ROMs.
