I miss my X very much

Before I switched to Win 7 my X was always there for me .... but now....It's gone :( Ok.... I'm talking about the red X that was always up top of every XP window in the tool bar. Is there a way to get it back in Win7 Ultimate? Thanks D.
Miss XP Themes
in Themes and Styles

For years I used the Eggplant" theme in XP, but I haven't been able to get the same colors. I am close on the Desktop color, but the background around everything is an ugly gray. Any suggestions?
Miss my old buttons

Is it possible, using the Aero theme, to see the Back, Next, Up, Copy, Cut, Paste, buttons while navigating around win explorer? For example in My Docs. I know I can use keyboard short cuts or r-mouse but I used those all the time and miss not having them. A
