Photoshop to do website?

Hi guys, i saw from a photoshop tutorial website the tutorial name called "Design a Clean Corporate Website Layout".
It is simply design a website using photoshop any idea after designing how you going to use to design?O.o

I have done this a few times. I get through the set up and it downloads and i try to open it and it just never loads and nothing pops up. Not even an error notice. Please help Edit: Never mind just had to run as Admin. But can someone help with the driver? It says i need the latest driver
