WayYY back in time, the evening meal was called "supper"... not Dinner.
Right now I'm frying potatoes cut in half, then sliced in 3/16 widths of slices.
The ham has been sliced and diced... bought from Costco two days ago (a ham with no bone). Most of it will go to sandwishes, to my 8-to-5 work day. The reminder will go to stir-fryds, in my own opinion.
Soy and Processed food will have a long way to go, with me...
Real meat always wins over processed meat.
