[Help needed] Custom Google search engine

I am looking for a custom Google search engine or a way to customize it.

More specifically the page results by date/time eg. past 24hrs/week etc. I frequently clean my history, so I am tired of going and setting the advanced settings all the time. Also the times are not specific enough and 24 hours too long of a range for some searches. I would like to be able to search the past hour or 2 or 3 etc.

I have tried some Firefox add-ons and played around with the one built in to FF, but have found nothing so far. Just wondering if anyone has seen something like I am looking for.

BTW: I can use mega search engines like Metacrwaler and Dogpile or similar, but it should use Google with it.

Any help is appreciated.

Is Google beginning to fail as Search Engine
Hi all It seems to me that Google is beginning to slip as a decent Search Engine -- not so much because of Google itself but because of the way sites are cheating into getting themselves listed. What seems to be happenning more and more is that you enter a query for XXXXXX Then a page...
