...from my Windows 7 PC to my Xbox 360.
On my Mac, I use an app by Nullriver called Connect360
. It works flawlessly. Not only can I stream my entire iTunes library, I can also stream my favorite SHOUTcast radio stations. I have them saved as playlist in iTunes and they show up and play on the 360 just like I have them set up on iTunes.
On the PC side of things, the Xbox sees all my iTunes play lists as well - except for the SHOUTcast radio station playlists
. I have everything set up on the PC exactly like I do on the Mac. The only thing different is I'm not using a third party app on the PC to connect to the Xbox.
The latest info I could glean from google on the subject was from 2007 and none of it supplied any answers. I dunno. Maybe my google-fu just isn't up to the task.
So, is there a way to stream SHOUTcast Internet radio from my Windows 7 PC to my Xbox 360? Either with or without a third party app?
Sorry if this is all old hat, but, thanks in advance.
