Just received an Emergency e-mail from an unknown mailer saying................Deal worth is USD45,275,000.00. Interested?
I deleted the mail and reported as Spam as I won't live long enough to spend that amount of money.
Could send it over to Dinesh and Kavita so they could have huge wedding.
Maybe buy an elephant to take Kari back to his native land. hehehe

    Kari,
Glad to have made you laugh after all laughter is the best medicine.
Going through what you are, with health issues, and now Angie's Mother, you need to step back and laugh. Taking her into your home will please Angie.

Mike needs to laugh to after going through the loss of Eileen's brother and now her mother. It is the best stress reliever in the world.

Not even John's fortune, if he wins the lottery, can buy a good laugh to deal what we have are going through.

Have a great day everyone and look in the mirror and laugh.

Dennis, taking her to our home would also please me, not only Angie. Both Angie and I want it. The problem is, Mutti does not want it. She wants to stay in her own home. Stepping back now would mean to let her stay home, we can not force her to move however much we want that.

Kari, I'm sure you have thought of it, but having a professional health care worker stay at your Mutti's home would be the obvious answer. Of course that means having a stranger (for now) living in her home, and of course your feelings on having a stranger take over your daily care of her. then of course there is the expense (possible deductible?). That gives you the ability to live your lives, visit Mutti when you normally would, and she stays in her home. Of course, this depends on your (or her) financial wherewithal, and her (and your) willingness to inject the stranger into the mix. I wish you the best resolution for all involved. A Guy

Kari, Bill's suggestion is a good one. How about you and Angie share responsibility between you for the week days (Monday morning to Saturday morning) and have a professional careworker to cover the weekend (Saturday morning to Monday morning)? Should anything happen, I would presume that s/he would have your mobile/landline numbers to get hold of either of you.
