First post in three weeks.
Operation was 10th of May, everything went fine and I'm told (once again!?!) I'm going to recover fully. They opened some veins and removed something that did not belong in my head which to my great relief was confirmed not to be cancerous. I was transferred from hospital to a rehabilitation clinic very close to Berlin on Monday, staying here at least 4 to 5 weeks. Although it's not as being home but at least I now can dress on my own clothes, move more freely (slowly, with walker. Photos follow...), and the room looks and feels more like a nice hotel than a hospital room full with equipment and that smell of hospitals I very much dislike. I still talk like a Bulgarian talking Chinese with a hot potato in his mouth but the staff here seems to understand me.
Life is getting better and easier every day. I'm back using on-screen keyboard and trackball, but at least I can access the net. Even connection to my own VPN works, and it's fast enough to watch streaming television from Finland. I missed Ice-Hockey World Championships so now I'm watching all Team Finland games from my IPTV service. For those interested, Finland send Russia home on semi-finals, and beat Sweden on final with 6 to 1 :) :) :). Final took place on 15th of May.
Please lets not make a fuss about this. I was sicker I wanted to admit, doctors fixed it, and now I'm going to be as active here as I can.
See you.
Kari
Read my hips: it's a goat. G - O - A - T
Yes, once or twice rapidly checked messages. Angie would not let me use computer and mobile phone so it was all I could do.
Just thought. You probably can't type yet. Never mind. Keep on keeping on
Ah. Happily I spoke too soon
