Well today I was actually able to play my DSi for an extended period of time because i had picked up a new charger that can plug into USB ports. Also I ran into a bit of transmission trouble with my truck earlier, It just wouldn't go into third gear, and since its an automatic i'm twice as worried because in order to change it, the entire engine would have to be removed, and thats going to cost a fortune..............

Didn't know you could get a charger for the USB ports, I have the DSi XL and just have the one that plugs into the mains. On a full charge it does last for days though and I'm using it everyday for a few hours a day.

I hear ya there, DS titles these days seem to be lacking some kind of finesse that just can't be created on the system's limited hardware. but yes, if you go to a Gamestop or some other place like that and poke around the DS section you might find it, its called a USB AC Adapter, usually sells for around $10, and you get the adapter that plugs into the mains, that adapter cable with the USB plug on it, and a 3 way adapter for the other end that works for all DS models, even the DSi XL and 3DS.

Thanks I'll have a look, although I don't know if this will be something that can be bought this side the pond, I'm in the UK. I do have the USB Wi-Fi Connector for the Nintendo, got that so I could download the weekly games for Professor Layton on my DS Lite but even though it works on my DSi XL it wont work on Windows 7 so I can no longer get the weekly puzzles.
Funny thing is I can get on the Internet with the DSi XL because I can go to the Nintendo shop but I can't do the weekly puzzles. I was told that it was something to do with compatibility among different games, it apparently would work if I lowered my router to WEB but I'm not prepared to do that as it's set to the highest security and I don't want to mess with it.

Well I can't help ya with that one, I use dial-up so i can't use any of my wireless gadgets unless the neighbor lets me use his little wi-fi box. Also in other news I'm trying to get my brother and his girlfriend to go as an anime couple for halloween this year, he's a little reluctant because he doesn't like anime, but me and his girlfriend can almost certainly pester him into submission..............either that or i'l do it myself hehehe.
