Happy 4th ... or whatever

SO. what's everybody doing for Independence Day? I know a lot of you are from not-America, so it probably means as much as it does to me, nothing. but to the American folks, what are you guys doing for the holiday? fireworks? getting drunk? laying in bed all day, to avoid any type of family oriented events? (thats what i did).
in any case...

HAPPY B-DAY AMERICA!

Sitting on my computer, cursing my god for this bad wifi signal.

I could as easily blame my neighbor, but I hardly know him.

I avoided going to a BBQ with my mom and her boyfriend. :P

wish i could have gotten out to Pennsylvania, to get some m80's or something. Fireworks are illegal in NY cuz some stupid kid blew his hand off.

what i dont get is, they're illegal in NY, and people in PA cant buy the good stuff. but if you go there with an out of state drivers id(lets say from NY), you can buy whatever you want....
that make sense to anyone?
