I have a huge problem viewing a lower resolution then standard on my Win7. In my case i'm playing Counter-Strike 1.6 and it's pretty difficult to play in another res than 800x600 or 640x480. But the problem is not just in game, if I change my res to 8x6 in windows it gets blurry and grain too. And...
