John uses the MVP badge as a sign of recognition to those few who have it... As far as I know that is the only one he uses as a special rank badge...

Notice the way that continued dedication to advancement through the ranks is cunningly - even subliminally - encouraged by use of revolting shades of pink for the "power user" and "pro" badges. Those who attain "guru" are motivated mostly by the desire to salvage a bit of dignity.

User Ranks
Hi, I'm sorry if there is already a thread about this somewhere but I couldn't find it. My question is: At what level are certain user ranks achieved? For instance you become a Member at 30 posts (20 on VF) and then after that you have Senior Member. After this I get a little confused:
Chillout Room
MSE Ranks as Best-Performing Free Antivirus
Microsoft Security Essentials Ranks as Best-Performing Free Antivirus FULLSTORY Microsoft Security Essentials Ranks as Best-Performing Free Antivirus - Malware - Lifehacker
System Security
What are the ranks?
Like the distinguish on a rod a aoura about and will become fmous soon.
