4 PCIe x16

Am I reading this right, 4 PCIe x16 that will run at x16?

Yes you read that right.

3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x16 or x8)
3 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x8)
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (@ x16)

If you have the kind of money needed to fill this board i don't see the lack of the outdated PCI and IDE being a factor.

Lebon14 - Don't really need PCI or IDE anymore unless you are going to use some old parts in a new system.
