Thanks for the quick responce ..A Guy..
Yes it is the power supply of a older PC ...when you put an load on it the voltage drop beneath the proper values.
Personally i think that the high voltage capacitors ( one of them by the rectifier at the mains ) are leak ..
But it could easily be something else for example an voltageregulator...we shall see..
So ..A Guy.. thanks a lot..

Buyyyy Jos.

That's a great site I just downloaded a PDF for my laptop that shows how to disassemble it to the last screw & put it back together with screenshots.
Thanks A Guy for posting the link I bookmark it.

How to make old car diagram software compatible with Windows 7?
I've got these car diagram programs that use Flash. It runs fine on Windows XP, but doesn't even try to load on anything later than that. I've already tried compatibility mode and running as admin, but that doesn't work. What's worse: The software's discontinued. They converted everything to online...

Cool Diagram Site
I found this diagram site on a networking forum called Gliffy.com. I thought I'd share. I thought it was pretty cool. Here's a image of my own home network. http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7016/6592476739_9447fb6c08_b.jpg
