It happened just the other day

I am half Czech and half Brit, born in Texas. American by birth, Texan by the grace of God. I'm gonna let my freak flag fly.

The world would not be the same without Lech Walesa, and IMHO, Reagan would not have "won" the Cold War without Walesa. "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall" would have had little meaning if not for the courage of this simple, if flawed, man from Popowo, who seemingly walked through that wall long before the first hammer blows that eventually tore it down.

I only wish that James Michener had lived long enough, or waited, to pen his tome, Poland.

Now, I am letting my geek flag fly.

How do I remove a boot flag from a device?
I'm trying to reformat an SD that I used for a Raspberry Pi but the main partition has a boot flag. Windows thinks the user is an idiot so I can't delete that partition so I can join it up with the other 14.81GB. I do not want to shutdown and boot into GParted just for this one thing- that's silly.

Restart flag is stuck on
I am trying to install a few programs on a fresh RC x64 build but each one reports that Windows requires a restart, including the 7127 build install of Windows. I have restarted a bunch of times since first seeing this but the flag isn't cleared. Any ideas how to make Windows think it's...
