Post Push-Up Challenge

Details.
The Seven Forums post push-up challenge is basically that every time you post on Seven Forums you hit the floor and do 10 push ups.

Where did this start? No one is quite sure from what i have found the first person found it on some site, and its been shared since then and etc.

What?
A push-up is an exercise in which a person lies facing the floor and, keeping their back straight, raises their body by pressing down on their hands.

Why?
You should participate in this challenge fully for your own benefit. If you do this challenge properly you may get ripped and get some babes.

When?
This post push-up challenge continues for as long as you wish to continue.

Your post count would be a lot lower, as doing push-ups take time away from posting.
Your arms might only be like saplings, based on my scientific calculations.
