Aside from what an MRI might show regarding the area of the brain that is stimulated when you get excited about something, I find it interesting that essentially the main focus over this whole issue is how the analogy between "Macs" and "PCs" is equated to some kind of struggle between "liberalism" and "conservatism." They are both just computing platforms, devices that move bits around. Why is the choice that one makes in this area some sort of definitive indication of any particular political stance?
