I was a career Marine . I assure you that I know, and often use, a few turns of the tongue that would make you blush. I tell my Number One (age 9) and his friends, quite often, that I have little concern regarding foul language. Habitual cursing is a failure of the imagination as much as it is a lack of education and poise. I am deeply concerned, however, that he speaks to others with respect, as this is a measure of his self image.

To my real interest, let me tell you - the apple does not fall far from the tree. As you grow older, you will recognize your parents more readily. In your whole life, no one will ever love you like they do. Not even your son.
