Windows 7: do not help with Mac malware

If Apple takes initiative to resolve this problem that means Apple would have to admit that they are not as secure as they claim to be; which of course would be heresy to the religion of cRapple.

Everyone sounds so gleeful and overjoyed that mac users are not just personality disordered rich people but now have malware problems, just like we do.
Surely the fact that they're being targeted is a measure of their success (and they can't all be mental).
But also, it's a bit undignified ain't it?

Possibly. It could also be a feather in a malware writers bragging hat.

After many, many years of "Macs don't get viruses" being listed in the top three reasons why Windows suck and Mac rocks arguments, it's hard not to partake in a little schadenfreude.
