Have cleared cache and cookies a couple of times and triple checked which scripts I've blocked- which are no different than usual.
DeviantArt is usually much slower for me than Seven Forums though today it's the other way round. Some pages are taking 10 seconds or more to fully load.

Everything seems fine on my end as well. You might try temporarily using the Google Public DNS servers as a test to see if it may be something related to your ISP's DNS servers.

Hi Brink, thought about that as I logged off earlier and so ran a DNS benchmark. The results showed the current DNS is "Fastest and Nearest", with Google Public DNS-2 being -2.3% by comparison.
Page loading is still slow and only for Seven Forums- something I've not encountered before?

If you had not already, try a different browser, or use Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) (Start Menu - All Programs - Accessories -System Tools) to see if it still does it. Maybe a add-on causing the delay??

Since it sounds as though the problem is not at either end of the connection, that leaves all of the hops between. I would suggest doing a tracert on the forum.

The ping times look a but long for networklayer. This is our server host SoftLayer. Mine were in the 60's ms with only one up to 116 ms.

I'm using Iron with NotScript and have disabled all addons/safe mode for this and also Firefox plus Opera. Flushed DNS/cache/cookies and rebooted between changes. Restarted and reset modem and router. Deleted a good many subscriptions to see if it might be account related. And still no change as yet.

I have no idea about how Iron and notscript works, but if you are blocking stuff make sure you're not blocking http://ajax.googleapis.com because this is where were have been serving quite a bit of the sites js files for the last few days.
