WSF -- How do I create a new social group?

I for one love the social groups feature of Windows Seven Forums. It allows me to connect with like-minded users. But what I can't seem to figure out is how to create a new group. Could anyone shed some light on this topic?

That is probably the case, as the "create new group" button mentioned in the FAQ was not present on the groups page. Well, thank you both anyway.
