Workmen installing bollards........ has anyone told them !!!!

Sorry to be a bubble buster here, but one on each end is removable. It's how they are made, there is a key lock bolt like what some cars have on their rims and it pops right off. Not too mention I'm pretty confident I could get that truck out between the two corner posts with a few back-and-forths to line it up.
