Someone stated if you have kids it is better to have TP under as they will use less of it.
Too easy to unroll TP with it over. Just try it and you will see the difference.

Remember.....someone told me this...I think it was either Hopalong X or Topper his horse.

It seems for every frivolous thing, we as people can stem an argument one way or another.
