Hmmm, no little camera. Are you signed in to Google perhaps?
No camera on Opera, for me anyway.

Right click on page> Edit site Preferences> Network Tab> Browser Identification : Identify as Firefox
Thanks Angelo :) Proper Browser?? Just because Google is blocking Opera? I think not
BINGO!!!! I got it!
I'm using IE9 and here's what I did: I clicked on the little Google camera icon and when the Image Search screen came up, followed Google's instructions:
"How to get an image URL
1. Right-click an image on the web and copy the image’s URL.
2. Return to the search box and paste in the URL (Ctrl+V or Command+V)."
(To get the image's URL, I just clicked on Properties and copied it.) Then, as instructed, hit Ctrl+V and VOILA, the image's URL was in the search box and when I hit Enter, the image came up! VERY, VERY COOL! Thanks guys!
PS You can also do it by using this app:
TinEye Reverse Image Search
This is a snip\screenshot from the movie Drive Angry.
Just open\maximize the picture and read the sign.
