I've been very busy lately. Starting of December, my company hired 16 new people for tech support dept. They were given a months's training and starting of this month, they were graduated on the floor to take calls. I, along with 2 other senior agents were chosen as the mentors for this new group. So I don't have to take calls anymore but to look after them and answer their queries. Then in the last 3 hrs, we've to train them with various devices like iPhone, wifi routers, etc. and once they leave for the day, I've to make reports about their progress for each day. Hence these 2 months are going to be very hectic for me. But at least I've climbed the 1St ladder for my promotion. :)
